Make chimichurri by whisking ingredients in a bowl, set aside.⠀ ⠀ On a large cutting board, lay flank steak in between two pieces of plastic wrap, pound with flat side of meat tenderizer until flattened and uniform in thickness. Square off edges with a knife. Sprinkle flank with 1/2 tsp FlavorGod Pink S+P, then chimichurri sauce. Roll the flank steak with the grain lengthwise, sprinkle outside with remaining 1/2 tsp S+P. Using kitchen twine, tie flank steak approx every 1 1/2 inches. ⠀ Heat skillet over med-high heat with cooking fat, brown flank roll on all sides, then transfer to oven and finish cooking for approx 15-20 minutes.⠀ Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting into pinwheels. Ingredients:⠀
1 1/2-2 lbs flank steak (@5280meat)⠀
