@r.g_art again, with some detail shots of my biggest ink wave to date! I worked on this piece on and off for about a month, in-between other projects. I always try to have a personal project going on while working on commissions, it helps me relax and remember the joy of drawing. Even though I draw for work, having personal projects allows me to turn off any other stress and lose myself in every pen stroke. Microns are by far the smoothest of all the fine liners, which is why I always rely on them when drawing my waves. The flow of the pen is so important in connecting to flow of the water. Anyone else use drawing to switch off or escape?? I can’t be the only one!
