Sketchnotes pair words and images together to tell stories and share ideas. You can sketchnote at events like meetings and conferences, or you can make them from your own experience, like a journal entry or an experience. It can be intimidating to start sketchnoting, so try a small notebook! To get started, think of something you want to share like a memory or experience. I chose my 30th birthday trip with my husband last year. Don’t get too bogged down on writing down all the details- just keep it focused on the big points or fondest memories. Once you have your story down you can add shading and color with Koi watercolor pens!
