I go on Instagram and feel like “is everyone on vacation their entire lives now, in amazing outfits, with perfect hair, and fancy stuff🤦‍♀️?” I’m not posting me taking the trash out in sweats, with ugly-messy hair, or the times I just feel lonely like I have no real friends, am feeling overwhelmed or sad or I go somewhere by myself and don’t even have someone with me to take a picture😂 I’m thankful I’m alive and for all the amazing, real moments Instagram will never see. Instagram is not a life...it’s a fraction of a second out of 86,000 seconds of a day...that’s not even 1%! I wish I saw more people post about the “boring” parts of life.
