Just taking a moment... my moment... There was a time where I would stand still under the falling water of the shower with tears rolling, pouring out of my eyes... so much sadness and weight... so much loneliness whilst having what from the outside looked like a perfect life, traveling, marriage, baby daughter, cool job, healthy, « beautiful ».... all was checked but I was feeling like sh*t.... my showers are very different now... no more tears, no more catatonic stillness... I flow, I fly, I dance and smile taking it all in... why? well... because I CAN!!! And you know what? YOU CAN TOO!!
Enjoy your life, speak your truth, the hardest moments bring awareness and knowledge , true knowledge , from self experience, not from books or instagram quotes,.. about yourself, your body, your breath, your emotions, your feelings... and then understand that you don’t need anything... that you are not your thoughts . That you are not your feelings. That you are just perfect the way you are. Oh yeah. YOU ARE!!!
