Despite recent job losses, Chongqing, China, is prospering, and China’s youth remain confident. This January, thousands of workers, including 23-year-old Huang Lincai, were laid off from Ford’s factories in #Chongqing. Far from panicking, Lincai used his severance pay to hang out with friends, ride his #motorcycle and ponder other career options. “I don’t want to go back to any factory again,” he said.
