My favourite thing about bodyweight exercises (calisthenics) is the requirement to constantly learn new techniques in order to master new skills. Naturally that means accepting failure as a part of the process. Most of us, myself included, leave childhood with the misguided notion that failure is to be avoided at all costs. Turns out that is just ego; my failures have taught me so much more than my successes ever did.
What kind of workouts do you enjoy and do you allow yourself kindness to fail & room to grow afterwards?

Here's a fun exercise you don't see very often. Supinated grip muscle-ups.
