It keeps me open to new ideas & always excited to meet people who might share with me their expertise. In this case @louismatracia saw me doing muscle-ups asked me how slowly I could do a ring muscle up. "I'm not sure" I said, "I've never tried". He then proceeded to show me the slowest RMU I'd ever seen in person and gave me some tips for my own one. We ended up filming a couple of attempts, side by side. He beat me fair & square on the first one - this was our second attempt (which is why he was tiring) - which he agreed to do so that I could record it for you guys. I'm thankful for anyone who has the generosity to share their skills with someone else & the humility to remember that we are always pupils as well as teachers!
