Naturopath visit, lunch with my boo, a little shopping & then back to work! Love productive days like this, with a little mix of work and play. Just like my @forsuchatimeshop tee says, we need grace upon grace everyday. I haven’t given myself enough in the past, but working on that daily. You don’t have to feel bad because you need some rest or a break to get out and clear your head. Self-care is not selfish, it’s taking care of yourself so you can be the best you to yourself and to your people. Don’t get caught up in the “what I should be doing” - rest, recharge and don’t be in a rush.
