So remember to be kind and gentle with yourself on your journey. Especially when stress is in high gear. Do something that reminds you of your worth, even if it’s really small like treating yourself to your favorite treat or going for a drive down that peaceful back road. For me, when I make the time to creatively put myself together, perhaps with a flower crown or hat or a new pair of shades, I feel that piece of my heart that says, “Let’s awesome all over the place today,” smiling big at me. . I have an extraordinarily difficult time finding good quality sunnies that actually suit my face and I’m really happy with these!
