Dust the shrimp with 1 tbsp tapioca starch or cassava flour. In a separate bowl, mix together the 1/4 cup cassava flour with 2 tbsp FlavorGod Sweet and Tangy, and black pepper. Add the soda water 1 tbsp at a time until you have a thick batter. Whisk to combine. ⁣ 2. Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a heavy bottom pan (avocado, coconut oil, or other high heat oil) over medium heat. Dip each shrimp in the batter to coat. Shake off excess and carefully place into hot oil. Fry each side for about 1 minute. Remove from oil and drain on a cooling rack. Repeat for remaining shrimp.⁣ 3. Prepare the dressing by combining the mango, garlic, shallot and 1 tsp of FlavorGod Sweet and Tangy in a food processor/blender. Puree. In a clean bowl, take 2 tbsp of the mango mixture and whisk in the apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. ⁣ 4. Ingredients:⁣
