Got Sore quads?🥵 This is my stretching routine whenever I feel so sore I can’t walk anymore🙃 It sure as hell hurts while stretching, but after that the tension will be so much less😍 make sure to breath deeply to reduce the pain while doing this one! you are giving your muscles space to relax and recover again. Trust me on this one! you will thank me later👌🏽 ps. This doesn’t mean that you need to do these perfect and full range of motion in one time trying. Give yourself the time to adjust!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I perform each stretch for at least 30 seconds, up to 1 min for a maximum stretch. Maybe even go for a round two of you feel like it!🔥 the more you stretch, the more beneficial on the long run♥️ @gymshark
