Don’t get me wrong it’s an amazing experience which I enjoy, but the way my body is dealing with it, is something I don’t like. I know my body and see my curves are slowly disappearing. 😕 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My muscles are getting longer which means they are gonna be less visible. I’ve let go of my own workout routine the last couple of weeks & honestly that’s the dumbest thing I could do. Don’t ask why but I thought it was a good decision so my body could rest more and adjust better😑 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Going back to this morning... I’ve had one hell of a lifting session and felt amazing again after. Then i looked in the mirror and I thought to myself... bruh wtf you talking about. It’s not bad at all!!! Just missing some muscle pump here and there. “Get your shit together woman”. Sometimes I talk to myself in my mind🤣 But yes... it comes down to body image and how your mind can play immense tricks with you sometimes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Whatever you tell your mind, will be truth in the end. 💯 After having this moment in the mirror I decided to make this video.
