Savage Leg Triset 🔥 #Operationcomeback 💪🏼 Damn - it feels good to deadlift again! These were my first ones after my surgery and it was AWESOME 👏🏼 I’m keeping my weights light for compound core-heavy moves like deadlifts as I build back up my strength - but that doesn’t mean I can’t put together a sweaty triset which burns out my legs 💦 Here’s what I did: ➡️ 10 Barbell deadlifts (go for a lighter weight, one you’re comfortable doing 8-10 reps with) ➡️ 12 Air squats (knees out, chest up, foot flat on the floor) ➡️ 14 Jumping lunges (land gently, absorbing the impact through the movement to put less pressure on your knees) ➡️ Go for 3-4 rounds of doing each exercise back to back with 1 minute rest in between each round.
