Upper Body TRX Workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ As part of #operationcomeback I am building up my core strength every damn day 💪🏼 One way I’m doing this is by slowly challenging my abdomen not just through core specific exercises but through full body movements which engage it 💦 These four TRX exercises not only burn your upper body but they bring your core into play 🔥 Throughout all the movements focus on engaging and stabilising your core.
