One of the biggest temptations while holding yourself accountable is going to be the food around you. You not only have to be strong but mentally prepared, we stay true to course by applying the fundamentals we learned when we were just getting started and applying them day after day.

It’s systematic, the phone alarm goes off, my checklist of roles and responsibilities immediately rushes to the forefront of my brain. First is my food, the nutrition, the end all be all to getting the results you want. Now, it may not be the most glorious looking all the time but it’s what’s necessary that is going to fuel and prime my body for nothing but success. Next up, the actual training, a quick 15 min ride to the Mecca, an arena that holds more tools to shape and create the person we can become. After breaking down the muscle it’s time for cardio right after, only 20 mins! This is personal time where I get to reflect, share some thoughts with you guys and create a positive rich environment in my mind for the remainder of the day. Keep setting yourself up for positivity and create your approach so that this time next year you can be looking back a bigger, better you.
