💛🌷 My wise words are : working out helps myself to connect with my inner peace ☮️, finding balance besides producing endorphins and stamina ! 💛 I’m exercising backwards on the treadmill now, just walking and notice that it works as a yoga 🧘♀️ for me ! Because it requires total concentration ! @jennacantlose 🌷U’re such an inspiring human being besides a hot mama ! Love u !!! 💛

Set goals that are fitness related for yourself! Like “I will try to run 2 miles” and see what your time is, then try to improve that over time. Also I progressed fast with hiring a personal trainer that helped me lose weight and become a better athlete. Also she gave me incredible emotional and spiritual support 💪🙏❤️

Just go! I felt the same and told myself I must go to the gym even if I walk right back out. Just stepping foot inside is motivation!
