Here’s how I started #keto ♥️ I began by reorganizing my refrigerator and pantry. I threw away everything that was processed and packaged. I starting reading EVERY ingredient in my foods, you’d be sooo surprised how companies hide corn syrup, potato starch and a host of other fillers and sugar in their foods. This is the stuff that sticks to our saddlebags and muffin tops! I then made a trip to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods and focused on buying lots of beautiful produce, grass fed meats, and wild fish. I bought lots of block cheeses (most packaged shredded cheeses contain potato starch FYI) the shorter the ingredient list the better when it comes to food! I drink mostly water but I adore Fresca soda, it helps dampen my sweet tooth. I always keep my fridge stocked with lots of yummy options so I resist the urge to get take out! One of my tricks to staying lean is I always cook my own food and rarely eat out. I avoid any big companies that label their foods KETO, they are usually scamming you. Stick to whole foods from Mother Earth 🌍 lastly, talk to your family, get them on board. It’s very important you have support from your loved ones... it aids in success! My husband is my biggest cheerleader 📣 I hope everyone discusses their way of ketoing down below in my comments! I have always been in great shape worked out 5 days a week ate not carbs and was picture of health and then I met my guy not blaming him but he grilled hamburger abstracted eating them stopped working omg it all went to crap from their I gained weight grew out of my clothes and here I am back in the gym live in the country raise pigs, chickens I get my eggs and will soon have my own meat from chicken as well in about 7 weeks we are in the process of doing a garden so that will be lots of good fresh vegetables, one thing I was never big on processed foods so I do not have a problem with that I do get a sweet tooth, but have fixed that I try to eat good foods and get the fats from cheese,Avocados,coconut oil, I make my own Ghee, and olive oil. I do still have Mac and cheese and canned potatoes and little things like that but do not eat them I have lost inches but have not weigh myself in a while but I can feel I have already lost weight, so want to get back to myself like before it is nuts I never was a chubby chick but it sure will sneak up on u and bite u for sure thanks for letting anyone know about ur progress ur doing it the right way instead of getting it sucked out lol.

@jennacantlose I love love the bedroom set up, I believe a bed should be a reflection of your soul, not a wanna be personality of grandiose life like living at the palace or white house but your own life made by you. With love. I also used to do platform wood in the 90s and white lacquer bedroom sets, I'm more of a relax now big big pillows for meditation and relaxation had to throw out my bed it was 11 years old, so sofa city for me sweetheart, lol.

Your skin on your body looks so good! I'm only down 40 lbs, and the skin on my arms and stomach look like a balloon you find behind the sofa 3 weeks after the party!
