When did you see the Museum’s T. rex for the first time? This photo was snapped in 1966 in the Hall of Late Dinosaurs. To celebrate our 150th anniversary, the Museum is posting archival photos each week—and asking for YOUR stories! This month, share your photos, drawings, or a voice message about T. rex via our submission form for a chance to be featured. There will be other prompts throughout the year (like the Blue Whale!)—so stayed tuned. #linkinbio #AMNH150

Around 1966 or 1967, 5 or 6 yrs old. I fell in love immediately with the entire museum leading me to a biology degree. I'd still move into the museum if I was allowed. 😍

@amnh 1987 as a Dinosaur obsessed 5 year old who would impress his kindergarten teacher with all the Latin names. 30 years later and I still love my visits.

Hello I have old traces dating back to the Iraqi Sumerian era. These monuments are a Sumerian cylinder seal and a stone-carved stone
