Who is ready for the sunshine to return? ☀️ This photo was taken on such a beautiful day at the Dancing On Ice studio, after a tough day of training. We all climbed up on one of the buildings to soak up as much sun as possible ☀️ Which is well needed, as you don’t get to much vitamin D in an ice rink 👻

giventracy4 Boss picture, I crave vit D at this time off year, I imadge use needing alias off it after ice skating. Any tips for a 40 somthing wanting to ice skate, I used to roller boot and be good at it, but ur feet can only go forwards and back wards, ice skating is every way, Any tips ????? 🙏🙏
