@ジェイミー・オリヴァー is probably my single biggest food influence. I watched the first series of The Naked Chef and was totally blown away. No one is perfect and he's had ups and downs; but you have to respect him. @jamiesfifteen is a beautifully relaxed, locals restaurant that has a wonderfully accessible and honest menu. Sunday lunch was fab and its nice to remind people that the place is not-for-profit. Makes you think huh?
