Secondly, I wanted to get a little real with you guys for a second. Yesterday I had one of those days. You know what I’m talking about. Where you close and lock the door behind you, look down at your hands, gasp for air and start to silently sob. Yup, I had a day like that and I dealt the way I best knew how. I took a deep breath, told myself that everything was gonna be alright and reassured myself that days like these happen. It’s alright to cry and not be “OK” all the time. I am human as we all are... and life isn’t perfect all the time

I just wanted to tell you all to OPEN YOUR EYES! You are not made up on the situation you are in, the words that have hurt you, the number on the scale or the expectations you feel that you’ll never meet. You are made up of nothing more than you and thats POWERFUL, WONDERFULLY STRONG AND UNIQUELY YOU! No one has your beauty and that’s beautiful. Sometimes you need to not ignore your feelings, cry if you need to and be gentle on yourself. Everything you feel is valid and normal. In order to heal you must allow yourself to be broken. Trusting the journey is allowing yourself moments of weakness too. ✨
