WORKOUT WEDNESDAY | Momma whipping herself back into shape post-baby ???

Here's how I've been able to get fit again after Bodhi:

Step 1: Clean eating. It's essential!
Step 2: Start SLOW (make sure that you get clearance from your doctor to start working out again). Just a few minutes every couple of days doing simple pelvic floor exercises is a good start! Just take it day by day and listen to your body, every body is different ?
Step 3: Find workouts that you enjoy that incorporate both cardio and toning. They'll pull double duty! Boxing and pilates are my go-to workouts.
Step 4: Do full-body exercises like this plank-to-pike move with a ball (see my stories for a demo!).
Step 5: Set a positive daily reminder to keep yourself on track and motivated! ??
