My friends are always asking me “What’s in your pantry?” as I try to have the best healthy snack options ☺️

When looking at the ingredient labels, I’m always looking for clean ingredients -  and words I can easily pronounce 😂 as it’s important to me what’s NOT in the bars that we eat.

We try our best to avoid:
✦ Citric Acid (which is black mold and not actually fruit 😧).  
✦Artificial or natural flavors (both made in a lab and can contain upwards of 100 ingredients, such as Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80, BHT, BHA)
✦ High fructose corn syrup
✦ Cane Sugar
