WELLNESS WEDNESDAY | Even though I’m only half way through "Liver Rescue" by @medicalmedium, I think this is a book everyone should pick up ?

One of my New Years resolutions is to continually to educate myself on the human body’s innate ability to heal itself. According to #medicalmedium, nearly every health challenge - from pesky general health complaints to digestive issues to emotional struggles to weight gain to high blood pressure to heart problems to brain fog to skin conditions to autoimmune and other chronic illnesses - has an origin in an overloaded liver. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

angoo201 I haven't read this but recently i have been able to improve my liver condition. From experience, just improve your life style. Don't eat junk food too much, do regular exercise or yoga and that is it. Within a year, your liver will improve. Liver has many functionality that we might not know. Take care of it. P.S I will read "Liver Rescue".
