WORKOUT WEDNESDAY | This one's for the recent mamas ?People always ask me what my go-to post-pregnancy exercises are, and this one tops the list. It strengthens your pelvic floor, your rectus abdominis (aka abs) as well as external obliques.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To start: use a small ball or rolled towel just under your sacrum (tail bone) for lower back support. Extend both arms in front of you, scooping your tailbone under and keeping your tummy pulled in. Reach your right arm behind you, opening up your chest and shoulders to follow your arm, then bring it back to center. Repeat on the left. Continue to alternate for 10 reps each side.
