Create more than you consume. Create memories, create space to breathe that’s just quiet, create routines and boundaries. Create art. Create more love in the lives that are placed in front of you for a reason. When you’re out there creating for your purpose and captivated by what’s been placed on your heart, it makes distractions harder to get in. Keep your hands busy. Focus on your vision. It’s so easy to get “influenced” or “inspired” that’s why having your own vision is important. Get excited about YOUR life, because it’s worth being excited about and grateful for.
