?INGREDIENTS:?
500g Pancake mix
2 Eggs
500ml Milk
15g Midori™ Matcha powder
20g Starch
2 Matcha chocolates
1 Red bean paste bar

?DIRECTIONS:?
1. Mix 500g Pancake mix, 15g Matcha powder, 20g Starch, 2 Eggs and 500ml Milk in a bowl.
2. Pour batter into a fish-shaped pan and put 2 matcha chocolates inside. Pour batter on top to cover the chocolate, then close the lid and cook it evenly on both sides.
3. Pour the batter in another fish-shaped pan and put 1 red bean paste bar in and then pour more batter on top to cover. Then cook evenly on both sides.
4. Enjoy!
