@zoe_prentice_ “Just over a year ago I started @ケイラ・アイトサインズ #BBG program; a New Year’s resolution to put a focus back on health and fitness. It was tough at the beginning; the workouts were physically and mentally challenging and often bought me to tears. There were many times I wanted to quit; adjusting to a new routine is often difficult. They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit (minimum 21, average 60 to 90 days) so I pushed past that and ended up loving my new lifestyle. The key was discipline, consistency and patience. I only missed three of the resistance workouts during BBG 1 & 2 due to illness. I still can’t believe I achieved faster and better results from 28min home workouts and outdoor cardio than all my years at the gym. Now on BBG 5.0 week 59, I have managed to stay at the same weight and measurements as Sept through maintenance (well maybe an extra kilo from the festive season).
