#29weekspregnant and loving my “baby prep” workouts?? Have you ever held someone else’s baby? It’s so cute and then after 5 minutes or so of sitting, you feel a little uncomfortable? You feel like you need to stretch your back out. You get up, walk around with the baby for a bit and eventually, after 10 minutes or so, you have to give the baby back because your body is just NOT used to sitting or standing like that. I want to minimise or avoid that feeling. These are SOME of the exercises I am doing to work on my strength before my little bubba comes ! I am also including a lot of bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder raises and upright rows! (Which are not in this video). I’m now in my 3rd trimester ? How exciting ? www.kaylaitsines.com/app
