I actually took these with me to America so I could workout in my hotel room (I’m yet to do use them really though) I’ve just been walking at the gym and doing postural exercises on the cable machine? I literally woke up AGAIN at 3:30am to muffin doing her exercises in my tummy. I couldn’t even be bothered fighting it so I just got up and went for a walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and of course that put her back to sleep? hahaha at least my pram is going to get some good use ? Ladies, EVERYONE can do this workout! It’s actually fantastic to do 10-12 reps per exercise for TWO rounds before starting your leg sessions (as a warm up). www.kaylaitsines.com/app #bbg2019
