This is how we celebrate Mardi Gras at @189bydominiqueansel, with our 189 Crab Boil on Tuesday night, March 5th. Dungeness crab, mussels, tiger shrimp, andouille sausage, and potatoes in our own blend of spices, served with fluffy cornbread muffins, Cajun red pepper maque choux, and Southern fried pickles with remoulade on the side. And for dessert, pillowy soft fried-to-order beignets, served warm and dusted with powdered sugar. And yep, there will be Hurricanes too.
