One of my favorite parts of our U.P. Fromagerie menu is dessert, where we serve 3 different cheesecakes, each with distinct flavors and textures that showcase just how unique cheesecake can really be: a Japanese style that’s light-as-air and fluffy; a San Sebastián-style that’s silky and smooth with a beautiful golden crust; and my favorite ricotta fromage blanc (a signature from our Bakery) with a gently brûléed top.
