Friday: Pav Bhaji, a classic and very delicious breakfast from Maharashtra in India ?? (say hello if you’re from India!) a thick vegetable curry served with soft toasted bread buns which would be incomplete without raw onion and unctuous melting butter. It’s a flavour bomb in your mouth and incredibly easy to prepare at home, full of vegetables and perfect for vegetarians but easily adaptable to vegans too. An all time favourite of mine

bringincrazyhome It is not from Maharashtra per say, it is actually a dish that was popularised by the Gujarati community but since Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra is a cosmopolitan city with a lot of Gujrati population, this delicious dish has seamlessly become a part of our street food and dining culture. Also I think it's one of the best vegetarian dishes ever and one can never go wrong with it! Keep posting more of such breakfasts! Cheers!
