Monday: Hey y’all we’re back in Shanghai! ?? I wanted to make my friend @nocrumbsleft Fiesta Breakfast but was so tired from flying back from NZ I didn’t have time to get all of the ingredients, so this is my Siesta Breakfast ????roasted sweet potato, with egg and that delicious zesty pepper ranch, minus the bacon but with some added bonito, sesame and lemongrass infused soy ??

Always happy to be home, our cat Kebab missed us terribly and hasn’t stopped meowing for attention, I’ve already knocked back about 3 pots of tea. It’s funny when you travel for a long time and forget your actual real life is on the other side of the world. Much more travel planned for the rest of 2019, already on the radar is (more) Hong Kong, Taiwan, London, Chicago and lots of exploring China too and more tea travels to Fujian!! #symmetrybreakfast
