Thursday: Pancakes, using the @superfoodbakery mix that came in my Christmas hamper from Selfridges ?? a mix of specialty flours like tapioca, brown rice and buckwheat with added baobab powder, daintily served up with fruit and maple syrup ??? even I can keep things simple when I want to! ?

I remember when I started out around 2013 and everyone was in the middle of a clean eating craze, no gluten, no dairy, expensive and ridiculous unscientific claims that some still pedal but have largely been killed off but now face scrutiny. Fascinating to see how every generation thinks they have the magic solution to living better when often it’s the most boring advice like consume less, move more and be nicer to each other that will always work. #symmetrybreakfast
