It’s hump day and a short week. Does that mean it’s still hump day?
I’m not sure, but what I am sure of is that while we got an extra long weekend, it now feels like there is extra pressure to cram 5 days of work into 4.
So tonight I did an intense workout to reset and manage my stress - this is critical for me to ensure it’s a DAY WON.
