It has been one month since I am out of a back brace. ????. Thanks in very large part to @_corefit_by_jay @dbcfit and Steve Sierra @innovativebodysolutions. They got me up and into a life-changing, consistent stretching, mobility and strengthening program. I am currently pain-free, infinitely stronger and longer, in a ridiculously short amount of time. I now have space in my brain where anxiety about pain has always lurked. Jason and Steve have given me physical and mental freedom, which is incomparable and immeasurable to anything in life. Believe me, I know I am tremendously lucky to be able to access this dedicated group of professionals. @_corefit_by_jay, @innovativebodysolutions @dzandertraining, @donnieraimon and every other truly awesome trainer @dbcfit have raised the bar and set a new standard for improving your physical/mental quality of life. ?????❤️ Jason and I want to share some of the stretches for those who are interested.
