9. Years old. And approximately how many times her iPod has been confiscated in a month and a half (since her ninth birthday), due to behavior. And I HATE taking it away from her because so much good has come from it. Sure she plays games, but she’s sending email, messaging and Face Timing daily to connect with family and friends. Today we start a sugar detox because we’re pretty darn sure her diet is playing into this emotional mine field - and that one is completely on us. Any tips for a successful sugar detox?!?!
