PINK SALT & PEPPER - Available here ⬇️ Click the link in the bio -> @flavorgod www.flavorgod.com - My Cajun Lovers seasoning is excellent on seafood and I love scallops??‼️ - Cajun seasoning available at: FLAVORGOD.COM - INGREDIENTS: ☀️1 pound - sea scallops ☀️1 pack - noodles / cooked according to package (al dente) ☀️1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon - olive oil ☀️2/3 - cup wine / or chicken broth ☀️2 tablespoons - heavy cream ☀️1 tablespoon - freshly squeezed lemon juice ☀️1 teaspoon - lemon zest / grated ☀️2 tablespoons - finely chopped fresh parsley leaves ☀️FLAVORGOD CAJUN SEASONING ☀️FLAVORGOD PINK SALT & PEPPER - DIRECTIONS: Pat scallops DRY with paper towels, rub with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil, and season with Flavorgod S&P. - Heat remaining tablespoon oil in a large skillet over high heat. When oil shimmers, add scallops and cook on each side until golden brown, about 4 minutes total. Remove and transfer to a plate. - Remove skillet from heat and carefully add wine, scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan, and stir to incorporate into the sauce. Return skillet to medium-low heat and add cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley and Cajun seasoning stir to combine. Add cooked noodles to skillet and mix with sauce, cook for about 2 minutes.
