Ingredients:
?1 large - head cauliflower
?3 - eggs / beaten
?1 tablespoon - #flavorgod gingerbread seasoning
?1 tablespoon - #flavorgod garlic lovers
?4-5 tablespoons - GF soy sauce
?1 teaspoon - rice vinegar
?5 tablespoon - sesame oil
?1 cup - peas / frozen
?1 cup - carrot
?1 cup - chopped scallions
?3 - 9 ?- garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
?Purée cauliflower in food processor (coarse) not to fine.
?Heat 2 tsp. oil in a large (10 or 12-inch) nonstick skillet. Add eggs and a pinch of #flavorgod Himalayan salt&pepper, scramble until eggs are cooked. Set aside.
?Add 2 tablespoons oil to pan over medium heat. Add: scallions, garlic, #flavorgod garlic, #flavorgod gingerbread and cook, stirring often for 1 minute.
?Next add cauliflower, 4 tablespoons of the soy sauce. Cook, stirring often, for about 3 minutes.
?Add peas and carrots and cook 5 minutes.
?Next add rice vinegar, sesame oil and eggs.
???Taste and adjust flavor of " fried rice" by adding more seasonings or sesame oil.
