Ingredients:
? ½ c. @5280meat chorizo sausage (cooked)
? 2 slices @5280meat black pepper bacon (cooked and chopped)
? @Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan Pink Salt & Pepper and Chipotle
? 1 sliced medium sweet potato
? 2T ghee/butter (I used @omgheebutter)
? Red onion
? Red, yellow & green bell pepper
? 5 farm fresh eggs
? Cilantro -

Directions:
In a cast iron skillet add your butter or ghee. Once melted add your sliced sweet potatoes and cook for about 2 minutes each side until lightly brown. Season with #FlavorGod Himalayan Pink Salt & Pepper. Next, add sausage, onion, bell peppers and eggs to the skillet and bake for about 10-12 minutes in 350*F oven or until the whites of the eggs are firm. Remove from oven and top with cilantro, chopped bacon and #FlavorGod Chipotle seasoning. #recipe #flavorgod
