Those that follow #TeamNoFear will already know everything @saaraaalto stands for ? This Sunday Saara was a true professional. We had an accident moments before our routine, where Saara fell and hit her head on the ice. Saara didn’t hesitate when I asked if she was okay to go and skate, and girl did she skate. Our highest score and even a 9 from @thejasongardiner. I always ask Saara not to be a hero when she is injured, as her health and well-being means more than anything to me. Whether it was adrenaline or pure grit that got her through the routine, she was my hero that night ?
