I have started incorporating more shrimp as a staple to my diet. You can boil, sauté, bake, or grill them in less than 10 minutes! 3 oz has about 85 calories, which is about 15 less then 3 ounces of chicken breast. Next carbs, I usually go grab my favorite Jasmine white rice and then top it off I add Asparagus for a great source of dietary fiber and a complex array of vitamins. Feel free to add seasoning or garlic and onion powder to give it some kick!
