Great first day of training camp for Pan Am Trials at @catalystathletics with @aimees2cents & @sarabeast_ - i hit some all time clean PRs from the blocks!! 96kg in the video. My best clean from the floor is 111 but have struggled my whole career to get over 90 kilos off the blocks because through the middle of the pull and the turnover is my weakest link to my lifting on the clean. Also hit some heavier volume on squats for the first time since i hurt my hip. @universalusa
