My connection with Mother Nature grows everyday and the need for this pure and vibrant energy is real. Yesterday I got to visit this beautiful waterfall 1 hour away from São Paulo and had an perfect day.
Got to catch up with my friend @cesarbordo while listening to good music, sharing knowledge and experiences, got to practice my new theta healing skills, pick trash, take pictures and do some yoga. A true trip with a purpose.
Yoga is been growing inside of me and on a search of connecting more to this beautiful way of living, I decided to take a Yoga Instructor course in Miami with @premanandayogaschool and am sooo stoked!
