It’s always a good day when I get a chance to spend time on my yoga mat. Sometimes it’s fun and easy doing an improv yoga flow alone but sometimes you need to create your own motivation. I started my own plank challenge. I’ve worked up to holding it for 4 mins. - just like a long program.? Anybody else with me?
