When I started getting into punk rock as a teenager, I was not only inspired by the music but also by the DIY nature of the whole scene. I used to make many hand-done Sid Vicious, G.B.H, and Metallica shirts back in the day with sharpies, stencils and primitive screen printing. @obeyclothing was created as an extension of my art.
