What goes into a $72 million Tuscan compound in Beverly Hills?⠀
⠀
With more than 10 acres to fill, the property comes with a two-hole golf course modeled after the the Augusta National Golf Club, several pools and parking for more than 40 cars. The roughly 17,000-square-foot main home is filled with unusual pieces from the current owners, including a 19th-century traveling church altar that serves as a centerpiece of the wine cellar.⠀
⠀
The owners originally bought the main home and two adjacent sites for $11.2 million in 2011, and estimate they spent about $30 million completely upgrading the house, tearing own interior walls, redoing the facade and reconfiguring the rooms. ⠀
⠀
It's the latest in a string of high-end homes seeking buyers in the Los Angeles market.⠀
