FUN FACT🙈: In high school I used to be extremely self conscious of the “man arms” that I had. I naturally had “defined” arms before I started training & often got asked by other students why I would try & “lift like a guy.”💪🏽 I hadn’t even discovered weightlifting yet but I used to always wear long sleeves to try and cover what I thought was a huge flaw that made me “manly” and unattractive. It wasn’t until the age of 28 that I fell in love with weightlifting, muscles on a female and playing into my strengths, not thinking that I was born so flawed. My upper body muscles tend to grow so much faster than my lower body so now I train legs 2-3x as much as upper body but I still embrace my upper body strength and definition.🤗 So happy we now live in an age where man and women respect a strong female physique!💃🏼 PS: This pose is brought to you by my high fashion modeling skills 🤣 Shot by @theiobot
